Part of my commitment in my black belt challenge is to make healthier choices when it comes to food as well as complete 50,000 push-ups and 50,000 sit-ups and a regiment of other physically intensive training within one years time. And while this blog is not about that specifically, I wanted to use this as an opportunity to document the physical transformation my body will go through.
